Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the Jamestowne campus, a top-rated post-acute care community. You will provide overall leadership, partner with clinical leaders, and drive resident satisfaction, staff stability, and regulatory excellence.

Candidate will bring 5+ years in long-term care, strong financial management skills, and a proven track record in regulatory compliance, described as hands-on, visible, and collaborative leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health services administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Must be licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators or able to obtain Ohio license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of coordinated resident care and drive improvements in outcomes.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Oversee campus operations, finance, staff engagement, and quality of care initiatives.
