Job summary

BHE GT&S, at Cove Point in Lusby, MD, is seeking an LNG Supply Chain Facility Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, materials planning, and inventory control.

You will coordinate with sourcing, maintenance, and transportation teams to meet daily and outage material needs while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient performance.

Bachelor’s degree and five years of warehousing/maintenance experience; Oracle, SAP, or Maximo experience preferred; TWIC credential required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years warehousing and maintenance experience.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Maximo Warehouse Inventory Management software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and materials management.
• Bachelor's degree; business or engineering preferred.
• TWIC credential required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and inventory management for LNG facility warehouses.
• Plan staging and organize warehouse materials safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against orders.
• Maintain procedures for receiving, storing, shipping, and issuing materials.
• Serve as site representative for supply chain management activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Monitor procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels for facility needs.
• Coordinate material delivery plans with sourcing, expediting, transportation and warehousing.
