Mubadala Energy seeks a Site Representative for the Commonwealth LNG project in Houston and Louisiana. You will act as the on-site focal point, overseeing procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities to safeguard asset value and ensure governance alignment.

The role requires deep LNG project experience and the ability to maintain independent field insight while coordinating with operators and major contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in procurement, construction, commissioning of large LNG plants in North America.
• Experience on LNG projects >8 MTPA.
• Site-based roles supporting major capital projects (execution, commissioning, start-up, handover).
• Experience with owners, operators, EPC/EPCM contractors, and major equipment suppliers.
• Non-operated asset oversight experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Promote HSSE leadership and ensure compliance with laws, regs, contracts, and company requirements.
• Champion proactive safety culture and reinforce safe execution practices.
• Oversee quality assurance/quality control across procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Provide independent field insight on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Represent Mubadala Energy at project sites and interface with operator, EPCs, vendors.
