Caregiver Responsibilities
- Have fun and engaging conversations with clients to build relationships
- Participate in clients favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
- Prepare meals for clients to enjoy
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other activities of daily living
- Report completed activities and provide updates on clients physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
Caregiver Qualifications
- Must be a resident of the US and have authorization to work, reliable transportation, and be available for 15-20 hours minimum per week
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience
- PCA, HHA, LNA, or CNA experience is a huge plus
- Must have your own vehicle and liability insurance
- Passionate about helping others and enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
- Can maintain confidentiality at all times
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling (day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts)
