Ledgewood Bay is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential daily living assistance to residents in a compassionate Wellness environment in Milford, NH. Per diem hours are available, with roles including personal care, meals service, and coordinated care tasks.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and documentation while maintaining safety and infection control practices.

Qualifications

• State competency exam completed for LNA certification.
• Ability to move and assist residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine care and empathy for residents’ well-being.
• Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
• Work well with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team.
• Follow ethical standards and keep resident information private.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Serve meals and ensure proper nutrition according to dietary needs.
• Manage laundry efficiently to keep residents comfortable.
• Address residents’ needs quickly with empathy and attentiveness.
• Collaborate with care professionals to maintain an effective Wellness team.
• Record observations and updates to keep accurate records.
