The Northbridge Companies are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for weekend shifts at our Milford, NH location. Per diem hours are available with enhanced weekend differentials, and training is provided to support compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Join our Wellness Team to deliver daily living assistance, proper meals, and respectful interactions with residents while maintaining documentation and adhering to safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of state competency exam for LNA certification.
• Ability to move and assist residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
• Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
• Work well with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team.
• Follow ethical standards and keep resident information private.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Serve meals and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and preferences.
• Manage laundry efficiently to keep residents comfortable.
• Address residents' needs quickly and with empathy, providing attentive care.
• Collaborate with care professionals to maintain an effective wellness team.
• Record observations and updates on residents' conditions for accurate records.
• Follow safety rules and infection control to keep residents healthy.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve caregiving skills.
