Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System in New Hampshire seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will support the care team, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain patient comfort and safety on the unit.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and completion of an LNA certificate program, plus current NH LNA license and BLS certification.

• Maintains the patient care areas to ensure cleanliness, safety and supplies of material and equipment.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.

Licensure required: Current New Hampshire State LNA license
