About the Position

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to work per diem to fill open shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a great work/life balance.

Compensation

· Hourly Wage Range: $19.25 to $22.77 per hour, depending on years of experience.
· Shift Differential: Additional pay on top of the hourly rate:
· Weekday 2nd and 3rd shift: +$2.00
· Weekend 1st shift: +$2.00
· Weekend 2nd shift: +$3.00
· Weekend 3rd shift: +$3.50

Per Diem Requirements

Minimum Shifts: Work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, with at least 2 shifts on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Job Responsibilities

1. Report Participation: Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.
2. Care Plan Awareness: Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care.
3. Resident Observation: Frequently observe residents during assigned shifts to ensure all personal care needs are being met.
4. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance.
5. Resident Interaction: Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting their rights and privacy at all times.
6. Encouragement and Support: Encourage residents to develop and maintain independence and the highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 17 and a half.
2. Must have High school graduate or GED.
3. Must be licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing.
