Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant for a Per Diem Day shift at 789 Central Avenue, Dover, NH. You will assist patients with activities of daily living and record vital signs under licensed personnel, while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

Requires NH LNA license and BLS, High School diploma, and 1–2 years clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred. The role is onsite with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Nursing Assistant - NH Board of Nursing required.
• Clinical/Medical Office/Managed Care Experience 1-2 years preferred or Nursing Assistant Experience 0-1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately records vital signs, weights, heights, intake, and output within established timeframes.
• Completes all required documentation in the medical record accurately and timely.
• Interacts effectively and professionally with patients and their families.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Assists patients with turning and repositioning in bed as needed.
• Assists patients with transfers between the bed, wheelchair, and other designated areas as appropriate.
