Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Per diem Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for wound care at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. The role supports basic nursing care, vital signs, and patient assistance, with shifts typically Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, BLS, and NH LNA licensure. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience is preferred, with strong communication and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• No experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• BLS Certification required; NH Nursing Assistant license required.
• LNA - New Hampshire licensing through NH Board of Nursing.
• 1–2 years clinical/medical office experience preferred; 0–1 year as Nursing Assistant acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy.
• Provide hands on patient care.
• Grooming and personal care of patient.
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and hydration per care plan.
• Collects and bags soiled linen and delivers to dirty linen area.
• Assists physician and/or licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
