Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH, is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our resident‑centered care team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor changes in resident condition, and document care details to support safe, compassionate care.

Shifts available 6AM–6PM and 6PM–6AM. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus shift differentials and a full‑time sign‑on bonus of $3,000 (part‑time $1,500).

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
