Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our resident-centered team. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and communicate changes in resident condition with the nursing staff. Required: current LNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication.

One year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred. Sign-on bonus available for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
