The Villa Rehab is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. Valid LNA certification is required. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents per care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, respectful environment for residents.
• Work with nurses and care team to coordinate care.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
• Promote dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Follow infection control and facility policies.
• Demonstrate teamwork, compassion, professionalism and respect.
