Job summary

Mineral Springs Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to care for residents with compassion and respect. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and hygiene, while monitoring health changes and communicating with the care team.

You’ll work closely with nurses to deliver dependable, resident-centered care, following safety protocols and ensuring dignity. A strong LNA background and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Provide feeding assistance during meals as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report promptly.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence and quality of life.

Available Shifts: Full- & Part-time 7AM - 3PM, required every other weekend.

Compensation: $20 - $26 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified comp options

Sign On Bonus: Full-time $3,500 | Part-time $1,750

About The Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You’ll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident-centered care.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
