THE JOB

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team and the nationwide Venue Management Team for the Venue Nation division within Live Nation.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  1. Work closely with the Venue Nation HR Team and Venue Management to facilitate and coordinate an exceptional on-boarding process for part time / seasonal employees throughout the country.
  2. Support venues nationally with creation of job requisitions and postings of those positions.
  3. Assist with submission and review of pre-employment background screening.
  4. Provide exceptional levels of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, business unit leaders, executives and vendors.
  5. Support college recruiting efforts including college relations as needed.
  6. Conduct Internet research and other projects as needed.
  7. Support Venue Management with opening of new venues – job fairs, orientation, training, etc.
  8. Work with HRIS team to assist with completion of Unemployment Insurance Claims.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  1. 2-5 years in an HR/Recruiting support role required.
  2. Undergrad education in Administration or Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
  3. Familiarity with HRIS, preferably Workday.
  4. Must be fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Exceptional organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  8. Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and collaborative team player.
