Job summary

MedReview is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to support oversight and regulatory compliance of Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) throughout New York City. This full-time, in-person role requires frequent travel across all five boroughs and involves reviews, surveys, and regulatory activities in line with NYSDOH requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work and active NY LMSW or LCSW license.
• Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review policy materials and assist with licensure and surveys.
• Conduct regulatory reviews and communicate deficiencies clearly.
• Prepare regulatory reports, findings, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate pre-opening surveys and on-site assessments.
• Travel extensively across New York City to perform field activities.
