Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) with accurate learner records.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, logistics, and resource prep.
• Track training completions, certifications, and attendance for compliance.
• Generate reports and dashboards on training metrics and effectiveness.
• Provide LMS access support, registrations, and training requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve training administration processes and data accuracy.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance and address gaps or overdue requirements.
• Order and maintain devices used for training.
• Communicate clearly on technical topics with accurate details.
