Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and reliableLMS Administrator and instructional Designerwith hands-on experience inMoodle Cloud,LearnWorlds,Articulate, andHTML5. This remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible environment and enjoys both the technical and creative sides of online education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Moodle Cloud and LearnWorlds platforms
• Design, develop, and upload interactive, engaging courses and assessments
• Build and integrate SCORM-compliant modules usingArticulate 360(Rise, Storyline)
• ApplyHTML5to customize course elements, enhance interactivity, and ensure mobile responsiveness
• Structure learning paths, quizzes, certifications, and user permissions
• Provide support to instructors and students with troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Track user engagement and performance metrics and recommend platform improvements
• Ensure branding consistency and quality standards across all courses

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing LMS platforms, specificallyMoodle CloudandLearnWorlds
• Proficiency inArticulate 360(Storyline and Rise)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in instructional design or adult education
• Experience supporting healthcare or professional certification programs
• Familiarity with video editing, graphic design, or other multimedia tools
• Understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS analytics
