Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with an Associate’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare facilities.
• Ensure a seamless externship process in compliance with standards.
• Coordinate student placements into clinical training environments.
• Conduct site visits and communicate with site supervisors.
• Monitor student progress during externship experience.
• Organize and maintain accurate records related to externships.
• Lead externship orientations as the primary liaison.
• Support students with professional development activities.
• Collaborate to track and improve job placement outcomes.
• Maintain affiliation agreements and necessary documentation.
• Conduct final evaluations to assess student success.
