Job summary

CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC in Houston is seeking an Externship Coordinator for the LMRT program. You will secure externship sites, monitor partnerships, and support student placement while reporting to campus leadership.

This hybrid role offers on-site responsibilities with occasional remote work, enabling collaboration with clinical partners and ensuring accreditation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Completion of LMRT Program or LMRT Certificate with 3+ years of related experience, OR Radiologic Technology A.A. with 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clinical partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain externship site partnerships to ensure adequate student placement.
• Ensure 40% of externship students are hired by their externship site.
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain consistent communication with site supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (TWC, ABHES, etc.).
• Track and organize student records, including timesheets, evaluations, and surveys.
