Richmond University Medical Center seeks LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW for a full-time Day Shift on Staten Island. You will provide person-centered, trauma-informed mental health care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage appointments, and ensure accurate documentation while following policy and risk management guidelines.

You will coordinate with external agencies, participate in trainings, and maintain time management to meet productivity expectations and deliver high-quality patient care.

Provides person centered and trauma informed care in accordance with the program's Operating Certificate and determined by the clinical need. Collaborates with outside agencies, programs, doctors, schools, and services. Efficiently incorporates case management duties within work to enhance patient care. Establishes regular communication with the interdisciplinary team for the care of identified client. Actively participates in team meetings, supervision, agency trainings, high risk case conferences, and incorporates feedback into clinical practice. Attends at least 4 trainings per year to enhance clinical practice, professional development, expertise, and self-awareness. Meets productivity expectation set by the department. Demonstrates effective time management including adhering to work shift schedule and management of patient appointments, scheduling and documentation. Adheres to the department's outreach policy and procedures.
