Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, social work practices, crisis management, and addiction counseling.
• Experience working with children, adults, families, couples, and individuals with disabilities (including autism) in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding and CPT billing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and mental health assessment tools.
• Strong patient care, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication skills for intake interviews and team collaboration.

• Hold an active state license as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or equivalent credential with demonstrated experience in clinical counseling.

Pay is a percentage of receivables. Percentage varies depending on average number of hours billed per week. Full-time employee will earn about $70,000 per year.
