Job summary

Thriveworks in Indiana is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a broad client base. You will engage in in-clinic and telehealth sessions, conduct intakes, and work under supervision to ensure DSM-5 aligned diagnoses.

We require LMHCA approval, Indiana residency, and proximity to the office during probation. The role offers a hybrid schedule (50% office, 50% remote) with a generous support structure and clinical resources.

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Indiana.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Experience in counseling settings treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Requirements

• Approved by the board as a LMHCA


• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Indiana


• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.


• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).


• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program


• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required


• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.


• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly


• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children


• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress


• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools


• A good teammate we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

• Up to $51,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.


• Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
