Change Within Reach is a mental health clinic providing psychotherapy services to a wide

We are currently hiring ONLY California LICENSED clinicians - Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) and Licensed Clinical Psychologists (Ph.D / Psy.D). to provide psychotherapy services via telehealth. Both part time and full time positions are available.

Responsibilities of Therapist :

• Competence providing therapy services to a diverse client population
• Ability to complete high-quality session documentation in a timely manner
• Good people skills and ability to connect with people in a warm, nurturing way while also setting boundaries and enforcing policies
• Ability to follow practice policies and ensure that treatment services are in accordance with Change Within Reach practices
• Attention to detail and ability to manage client caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team

Requirements of Therapist :

• Must be a California Licensed clinician
• Strong Work Ethic
• Passionate about Clinical work
• Part Time - Minimum 20 clinical hours per week
• Full Time - Minimum 32 clinical hours per week (In addition to regular business hours, we are open during evenings and weekends)
• Ability to complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
