Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join a culture that values authenticity, humor, and compassion. You will carry a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week and conduct diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.

• Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week

What We're Looking For

• An active LMFT license in Wisconsin
• Comfort with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes
• Solid boundaries with clients and the self-awareness to maintain them
• Willingness to keep up with documentation in a timely way (we all have to do it)
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a bonus
• Credentialing with insurance panels is ideal for fully licensed folks, but we can work with you
