Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a contractor to develop clear, high-quality prompts for LLM-based systems.

The assignment is remote, full-time (40 hours/week), for 3 weeks with compensation of $24/hr. You will create prompts that test AI models across information retrieval, reasoning, calculations, and instruction following, and evaluate AI responses against criteria.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
