Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
• Manually load and unload delivery trucks, verify parts loaded and unloaded, and collect payments from customers.
• Obtain signatures from receiving locations to confirm accuracy of deliveries and handle returned items.
• Drive responsibly, avoiding traffic violations and accidents.
• Verify truck condition, paperwork, and delivery manifests.
• Make notations on manifests and provide receipts for returned parts.
• Operate in compliance with company policies, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Complete annual training as required and assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

• No degree required; 1+ years of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs and meet DOT testing and physical requirements.
• At least 21 years of age and compliant with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of related delivery or warehouse experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic math skills and ability to interpret data and create documents using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle routine problems following clear guidelines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in various physical conditions, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working in different environments.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and work in conditions that may include hazardous situations, extreme temperatures, and noise. Travel may be required, including overnight stays.
