Job summary

Crossing is a fast-growing e-commerce, retail, and collectibles company serving passionate communities across trading cards, gaming, anime, and pop culture. Through our retail stores, live commerce channels, events, and online platforms, we're building one of the most exciting destinations for collectors and enthusiasts.

About the Role

CoolCards is a new live commerce collaboration between CoolKicks and Crossing, bringing together 2 of the biggest brands on Whatnot to create a high-energy destination for trading cards and collectibles.

With an established audience and strong presence on the platform, we're building a team of talented livestream hosts who can deliver an entertaining customer experience while driving sales and helping grow the CoolCards brand.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in sales, entertainment, livestreaming, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another highly customer-facing environment
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural ability to engage people
• Confident and comfortable being on camera for extended periods
• Charismatic, energetic, and able to command an audience
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to turn customer engagement into purchases
• Quick-thinking and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced live environment
• Self-driven, dependable, coachable, and motivated by performance
• Willingness to develop strong knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, and the products featured on stream
• Ability to take feedback, continuously improve, and maintain a consistently high standard of performance

Nice to Have

• Previous livestream selling experience, particularly onWhatnot or a similar live commerce platform
• Proven sales experience or a track record of meeting performance goals
• Existing knowledge of Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, or other trading card games and collectibles
• An existing portfolio, social media presence, or examples of previous on-camera/livestream work
