Select Sires Inc. in Plain City, Ohio, is seeking a Livestock Technician to join our production team. The role supports semen collection, cattle handling, and daily livestock care to help deliver top dairy and beef genetics to producers across the U.S.

The starting wage is $19.00+ per hour, with full-time hours and varying shift options. Typical duties include feeding and monitoring cattle, assisting with health testing, and operating farm equipment, while maintaining safety and biosecurity

• Operate company vehicles, trucks, trailers, and farm equipment.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all biosecurity, safety, and production quality standards.

Support the Production of World-Class Bovine Genetics

Select Sires, Inc. is seeking a Livestock Technician to join our production team in Plain City, Ohio. This position plays a critical role in supporting cattle handling, semen collection, and production activities that help deliver industry-leading dairy and beef genetics to producers throughout the United States and around the world. Starting wage is $19.00+ per hour.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Shift assignments vary by facility and may include: 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. | 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. |1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• Holiday, evening, and weekend work may be required on a rotating basis.
• Work schedules and responsibilities may be adjusted to support business and production needs.
