Job summary

D&A Farms is seeking a farm worker to manage cattle and perform general livestock duties on Kansas farmland. Responsibilities include feeding, medicating, calving assistance and basic maintenance of facilities and equipment.

Employee housing and meals are provided; transportation to stores is arranged weekly. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug test may be required. Experience of 1 month is requested.

Qualifications

• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Manage livestock on corn and milo stalks, livestock facilities and maintenance.
• Monitor cattle, feed, medicate and assist with calving.
• Perform fence repairs and operate basic farm equipment.
• Load/unload materials and assist with housing and farm tasks as assigned.
