Livestock Nutrition Center LLC in Chickasha, OK is seeking a Sales Consultant to design customized feeding programs and provide expert consultative support to customers. You will manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing and follow-up.

You will collaborate with nutritionists, marketing, and operations to expand the customer base, meet revenue goals, and deliver outstanding service in a team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience following undergraduate degree.
• Basic understanding of Agricultural Business and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain mobile phone with email/data access for company business.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Design customized feeding programs and provide consultative support.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and follow-up.
• Develop and implement marketing plans with Sales Leader to grow accounts.
• Collaborate with Nutritionist, Marketing, and Ingredient teams.
• Present LNC products and services effectively to customers.
• Develop qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records of sales activities.
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ to prepare quotes and manage pipeline.
• Train junior sales staff and share pricing and proposal knowledge.
• Contribute to educational programs offered to clients and staff.
