Job summary

CHIARANO HOLDINGS LTD is seeking an experienced farm worker for on-site livestock production, including chickens, goats, hogs and cows. You will perform animal care, assist with milking, and operate farm machinery in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of prior experience, is able to work on-site with no remote options, and can comply with safety checks including a criminal record check. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Produce livestock including chicken, goats, hogs, sheep, and eggs as listed.
• Care for animals: grooming, feeding, health monitoring.

• Milk goats and cows by hand and with machinery.
• Create feeding programs and manage feed inventory.
• Record livestock performance and calving preparation.
• Prepare calving areas and safeguard newborns.
• Manage water and temperature systems for barns.
• Organize, execute and report daily farm activities.

Experience

Job Functions

• Chicken, goat, hog and pig, livestock combination, sheep, poultry, and egg production.
• Handle tasks in all weather conditions; work in dusty, hot, and odorous environments.
• Perform animal care including grooming, feeding, and health monitoring.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Milk goats and cows, both by hand and with machinery.
• Create feeding programs, maintain livestock performance records, and manage feed inventory.
• Prepare clean, dry areas for calving cows and safekeeping of newborn animals.
• Operate water and temperature systems for barns and coops, ensuring proper animal welfare.
• Organize, execute, and report on daily farm activities.
