Riverview, LLP seeks workers for farm cattle duties in Minnesota. Start date 09/15/2026; end 03/31/2027 with 48 hours per week, Mon-Sat, 8 hours daily. Duties include milking, bedding, feeding, and maintaining shelter barriers for cattle in cold conditions.

Company offers free housing if distant, inbound transportation and subsistence on 50% completion, and paid sick time accrual under MN statute. Drug testing is required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Job will require exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Extensive pushing and pulling is required.
• Extensive walking or sitting is required.
• Frequent stooping or bending over is required.
• Repetitive movements are required.
• Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker.

Responsabilités

• Milking parlor help and attentive handling of cold stressed cows.
• Increase bedding frequency and volumes to stay dry and insulated.
• Push up feed, refresh and deliver more frequently.
• Maintain water lines, waterers, tanks, hoses and hydrants to prevent freezing.
• Clear snow from alleys, entrances, and working areas; ensure safe footing.
