Job summary

H2ajobs in North Dakota is seeking farm laborers to feed and water livestock, monitor supplies, and maintain barns and fences. You will herd animals, operate feeding equipment, and assist with general farm tasks on a year-round basis.

Roles require physical stamina, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and English language ability. No CDL is required. Employer-provided housing and meals, plus transportation support, are offered to workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 months experience in farming or related work.
• Must be able to obtain a driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
• Drug screening required post-hire at employer expense.
• Criminal background check required post-hire at employer expense.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Adhere to biosecurity, company policies and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Feed and water livestock and monitor supplies.
• Herd livestock to pastures or other enclosures.
• Maintain housing, equipment, fences, pens, and yards.
• Move equipment or livestock between locations on the farm.
• Clean stalls, pens, and equipment; mix feed and additives as prescribed.
• Assist with livestock reproduction activities as needed.
