Job summary

Rangen, LLC in Texas is seeking a Plant Operator to assist in producing livestock, aqua feed, and pet food products. You will ensure quality, maintain equipment, and keep facilities clean while following safety guidelines.

You’ll set up production lines, operate processing equipment per SOPs, document activities, and support multiple roles including packaging, bagging, forklift, and loading. The role requires at least 2 years of experience and a willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, forklift, and other equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions in English and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up of production lines and blending according to instructions.
• Operate processing equipment and assist with quality control.
• Document all activities including processing, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Learn and perform multiple roles (mixing, bagging, forklift, loading).
• Report safety or food safety concerns immediately.
