Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for liver transplant candidates and recipients.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with transplant physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide education regarding advanced liver disease and transplantation.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
