Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Registered Nurse Coordinator for Pre Liver Transplant to join our transplant team. You will coordinate all aspects of care for transplant recipients and donors in a high‑performing, multidisciplinary environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred), at least two years of clinical nursing experience, and an active Michigan RN license. You will partner with physicians, nurses, social workers and coordinators to ensure timely,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience in inpatient or outpatient setting.
Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
Organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patient care personnel and families.
Analytical ability to plan, deliver, and implement plans of care.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of care for transplant recipients and donors.
Participate in medical, administrative, research, and teaching duties.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary transplant team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with patient care personnel, patients, and their families.
Plan, deliver, and implement care plans in acute and outpatient settings.
