Grand Ole Opry is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Full Time) to join our team at the Grand Ole Opry retail space.You will greet guests, process transactions, showcase merchandise, and help guests enjoy the musical legacy through memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll work with a lively team in a high-traffic venue, using a POS system, handling cash, restocking, and upselling during peak times to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills required.
• Outgoing personality and sales aptitude.
• Able to work peak times including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and process transactions.
• Merchandise and maintain displays to attract customers.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell based on guest interests.
• Operate POS system and manage cash handling.
• Keep sales floor organized, clean, and presentable.
