Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for a Maintenance Technician at the Mayo Civic Center (MCC). The technician performs routine and preventive maintenance on MCC buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems, and assists the Operations Crew with set-up changes as needed.

Duties include carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, painting, snow removal, and equipment repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties with energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glass repair, roofing and construction as directed.
• Provide ground maintenance including snow removal and parking-lot painting.
• Lubricate and clean machinery and mechanical systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring equipment and fixtures.
• General repairs to Food & Beverage equipment.
