The technician performs preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and utility systems, and assists the Operations Crew with set-up changes as needed.

You will be expected to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced events environment, read schematics, and follow safety procedures.

• Perform routine and extensive maintenance and repairs.
• Read schematics and monitor Building Management System.
• Assist with set-up changes and event preparation.
