Chief's on Broadway in Nashville is seeking a Porter to help clean and maintain the venue, including floors, walls, restrooms, and equipment. You will keep exits clear and support safe, efficient operations in a dynamic entertainment setting.

The role requires a reliable, customer-focused team player with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Prior experience in fast-paced hospitality is preferred, with a commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or similar environment preferred.
• Strong guest service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work both as a team and independently.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue cleanliness including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, walls, windows and mirrors.
• Care, movement, and storage of all equipment such as tables chairs, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of all restrooms.
• Ensure all light fixtures are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Empty and dispose of all garbage and keep trash bins clean.
• Maintain clear paths for all fire exits per regulations.
• Report to work on schedule, neatly groomed and in uniform.
• Monitor use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
