Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations (HEI) seeks a College Sports Systems Technician at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, to support live game operations across Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball and Softball.

You will perform pre-match checks, monitor replay systems during events, and collaborate with system operators, officials, and broadcasters both on-site and remotely. Comprehensive technical training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the team.

• System Quality Control: Ensure the quality of replay systems for all contracted sports.
• Pre-Match Readiness: Conduct pre-match checks for smooth operation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with system operators, officials, campus staff, and broadcasters both on-site and remotely.
• Live Game Monitoring: Monitor and maintain technology during games for optimal performance.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain hardware and equipment throughout the season.
• Installation & Deployment: Assist with installation and testing of new products on-site.
