Job summary

Prime Video Live Sports Creative Services seeks a Graphics Coordinator to manage day-to-day show graphics requests for live events across multiple sports properties. You will prioritize and deliver projects quickly with high quality, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors globally.

You will support senior leaders, help develop processes (SOPs, ticketing, trackers, style guides) and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of studio or production assistant experience.
• 1+ years of on-set production experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
• Familiarity with digital asset management and asset workflows.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for content and sponsorships.
• Coordinate assets across projects and manage resources.
• Track high volumes of work through end-to-end workflows.
• Document processes and workflows clearly for teams.
• Adapt to changing priorities and tools quickly.
• Maintain project schedules and status updates.
• Assign artists and keep schedules on-time and on-budget.
• QC graphics and sound design for final delivery.
• Deliver final graphics to proper channels and formats.
• Attend project and operational meetings.
