Job summary

BSide is seeking Representatives for Live Shows across major US cities, plus Canada and Europe. You will coordinate with venue teams, act as the primary contact for the artist and their team, and help ensure the production runs smoothly and on schedule.

This role involves hands-on on-site coordination, assisting with hospitality, and managing ticket scanning and guest flow. Experience in live events is preferred to support seamless performances.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with venue team on arrival; you will be the artist's team's point of contact.
• Liaise between artist, venue, and BSide staff to resolve issues.
• Help organize artist hospitality.
• Give ticket scanners to venue staff and show them how to use them, monitor doors and guest list.
• Assist with ticket scanning as needed.
• Be the main on-site contact for the artist team.
• Help ensure the show runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
• Ensure the artist has scanners to take with them at the end of the night.
• Some production experience preferred and knowledge of live event coordination.

Responsibilities
