Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia in Wisconsin is seeking a Live Receiving Team Member for the night shift. The role rotates through live hanging, crate handling, forklift driving, and backup to the finishing machine to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Place the legs of live chickens into shackles at the line speed required by company standards.
• Insert drawers at required speeds.
• Load and unload crates from shuttle trucks.
• Keep loose chickens picked up off the floor.
• Report any equipment damage or potential mechanical problems to leadership immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Live Receiving Team Member – Night Shift

Location: Pilgrim’s Arcadia, WI.

Pay: $23.21€ per hour + $1.50€ shift differential.

Position Summary

The Live Receiving Worker rotates within the department, which may include live hanging, crate handling, forklift driving, and backup to the finishing machine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Place the legs of live chickens into shackles at the line speed required by company standards
• Insert drawers at required speeds
• Load and unload crates from shuttle trucks
• Keep loose chickens picked up off the floor
• Report any equipment damage or potential mechanical problems to leadership immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned
