Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers and newborns preferred.
• Ability to maintain a structured, developmental routine.
• Comfort working in a home with pets and adapting to family needs.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen cleanup, family laundry, changing bedding, and tidying shared/common areas.
• Snack and simple meal preparation.
• Occasional errands.
• Limited pet care during naps or independent play.
• Planning and leading age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
• Maintaining consistent routines.
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks and supporting key developmental milestones typical of the toddler stage, such as language development, motor skills, and independence.
• Child-related household tasks including tidying play areas, organizing toys, and handling children’s laundry.
• Strong communication and collaboration with parents, adapting as family needs evolve.
• Comfort working in a home with pets; flexibility for occasional overtime and domestic travel.
