Job summary

Options for Senior America VA is seeking a Live Out Caregiver Day Shift for flexible in-home senior support in Aldie, VA. Schedule covers Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering dependable shifts and consistent hours.

You will provide personal care with dignity, prepare simple meals, assist with light housekeeping, support mobility and exercise, offer companionship, and remind clients about medications while safeguarding privacy and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar role preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid (or commitment to earn within 30 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching everyday life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Healthy Meals & Homes: Prepare simple, nutritious dishes; tidy living spaces and handle light laundry.

• Meaningful Companionship: Share conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
