STRUCTURE STAFFING LLC is seeking a Resident Manager for a San Francisco property. This on-site role requires living in a provided studio and delivering exceptional customer service to residents while ensuring safety and upkeep.

The position is part-time with evenings and on-call shifts, including weekend coverage. You will liaise with residents, coordinate with vendors, track work orders, and maintain records to support a well-managed community.

Qualifications

• Must live on-site in provided studio.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
• On-call availability for emergencies and after-hours support.
• Familiarity with compliance and safety protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as tenant liaison between residents and management.
• Sort mail on Saturdays and manage mail boxes.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the property.
• Conduct daily building inspections and address issues.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors for timely resolutions.
• Track work orders and follow up on repairs.
• Ensure access coordination between vendors and residents.
• Monitor lease violations and coordinate with managers.
• Maintain resident communication records and documentation.
