Job summary

University of Oklahoma's Headington Hall seeks Resident Advisors to support a positive living environment for students. You will work with Hall Administration to develop, coordinate, and maintain a safe, inclusive community and be a role model who empowers residents.

Applicants must be enrolled Spring 2027 and Fall 2027, maintain a 2.7 GPA, be able to work nights/weekends/holidays, and have lived on campus at least two semesters. Background check is required and schedules may need to be attached.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled Spring 2027 and Fall 2027 as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
• Must attach Spring 2027 and Fall 2027 class schedule if you already have one.
• Must have and maintain a 2.7 GPA.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have lived on campus at least two semesters.
• Hiring contingent upon a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Headington Hall Administration in developing, coordinating, and maintaining a positive intellectual, emotional, and social living environment for students.
• Provide support, encouragement, and leadership to residents.
• Empower residents to grow as good citizens and take responsibility for community standards, quiet hours, and visitation regulations.
• Coordinate hall programming aligning with social, academic, volunteerism, and diversity pillars.
