Job Description

While experience with R70X is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role involves:

• Performing responsibilities related to the R70X Advanced Operator functions, including:
• Hot Melt operation and start-up procedures
• Conducting add-on checks and removing dregs from the coater
• Changing and cutting glass, unloading trucks, and preparing for production
• Driving forklifts or Pole Hyster equipment
• Following lockout/tagout procedures during trailer unloading and changeovers
• Verifying recipe modifications and performing quality checks
• Completing DTM and PM tasks
• Assisting polyurethane operators and performing shim changes as needed

This position follows a straight 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 12-hour schedule. Cross-training on other positions (R704, R900) and working in OOF are required.
